With the fast development of entrepreneurial activities, international entrepreneurial enterprises have become one of the important impetuses to promote technological innovation and economic development in emerging economies. Comparing with traditional international enterprises, international entrepreneurial enterprises have their different growth mode and path. Existing literature focused on performance of internatoinal new ventures, and paid little attention to factors contributing to their international growth; what’s more, researchers ignored the important effects induced by external institutional environment. We hope to explore the international growth path of international entrepreneurial enterprises thus to expand theories about international entrepreneurial enterprises on one hand, and on the other hand, provide practical guidance for new ventures in emerging economies to mend their international pace and improve their international conpetence.Through literature review, we concluded relative theory of international entrepreneurial orientation, institutional environment, resource integration capability and international growth. With the method of logical deduction, we analyzed the correlation of these variables and tried to construct our theory model. Based on analysis on 206 samples, we used of SPSS 19.0 to testify hypothesizes we proposed.According to the result of data analysis, we finally drew three conclusions. Firstly, international entrepreneurial orientation has a positive correlation with international entrepreneurial enterprises’international extent; international entrepreneurial orientation has a positive correlation with international entrepreneurial enterprises’international speed. Secondly, institutional environment has a positive moderating effect on the correlation of international entrepreneurial orientation and international extent. Thirdly, institutional environment has a positive mediating effect on the correlation of international entrepreneurial orientation and international extent; institutional environment has a positive mediating effect on the correlation of international entrepreneurial orientation and international speed.
