Research On The Influence Mechanism Of The Ability To Roll With The Uncertainty On Enterprise Performance In International Entrepreneurship

Economy globalization is the trend of world economic development, which makes enterprises face a higher degree of uncertainty. Over the past two years, China’s entrepreneurial activity is very active according to the report of Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) on China, which has been significantly improved in the rankings, but the overall quality of entrepreneurship is not good. The existing empirical studies have found that the level of activity of a country (or region) entrepreneurial activity were positive correlated to the economic development of the country (or region). Entrepreneurial activities play a positive role in promoting economic growth currently, as well as in the future. Therefore, how Chinese enterprises participate in global competition under uncertainties, and how entrepreneurs gain the ability to participate in the global competition to achieve leapfrog development to improve international entrepreneurial performance, are important subjects to explore, because they have important significance theoretically and practically.As the development of international entrepreneurial, scholars have more and more diversified research on international entrepreneurship. Researches mainly concentrated in institutional environment, organizational dynamic capabilities, the characteristics of entrepreneurs, the influence factors for international entrepreneurial performance, and the interaction relationship between the elements above. While, few researches are done on improving international entrepreneurial performance by increasing orientation ability on the company level, enhancing the ability of opportunities recognition and utilization, especially how managers cope with the uncertainty in the entrepreneurial process, how the response capacity play a role in the international entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial opportunity identification and utilization, and then affect the international business performance. These all call for further study. So this paper base on the perspective of the ability to roll with the uncertainty, and set the international entrepreneurial orientation as independent variables, the international entrepreneurial performance as the dependent variables, the international entrepreneurship as medium variables to explore the relationship between the response capacity to the uncertainty with the influence factors for international entrepreneurial performance.After reading and hackling the relevant literature on these elements, this paper constructs the theoretical model that the influence mechanism of the ability to cope with uncertainty on enterprise performance in international entrepreneurship. Firstly, the paper divides each variable into dimensions. International entrepreneurial orientation in divided into the innovative, the proactive and the risk-taking; international entrepreneurship is divided into international opportunity recognition ability and the opportunity to use ability; ability to cope with uncertainty into ability of bear uncertainty, ability to absorb uncertainty and ability to uncertainty acclimatization; international entrepreneurial performance is divided into international live performance and growth performance. Secondly, designing survey questionnaire to measure dimensions; Finally, using a variety of statistical analysis tools (SPSS 19.0 and AMOS17.0) on the sample data, including descriptive statistics analysis, reliability, validity and factor analysis, multiple level aggregation test analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis of the variables of this study and put forward hypothesis and effective verification. The research conclusion is as follows:Corporate level international entrepreneurial orientation positively affects the individual’s entrepreneurial opportunity identification, and the innovative advance of international entrepreneurial orientation has a relatively larger influence in enhancing the identification and utilization of international opportunities. Enhancing the ability of identification and utilization of international opportunities is more conducive to improve international entrepreneurial performance. Enterprise’s international entrepreneurial orientation also positively affects the international entrepreneurial performance. International entrepreneurship plays a intermediary role in the model. The regulation of ability of bearing uncertainty exists, but it is a negative regulator. The ability to absorb uncertainty plays an intermediary role partially in the international opportunity recognition and utilization ability. The regulation of adaptive ability to uncertainty is more significant in the model.
