Economic globalization makes more and more excellent foreign enterprises to enter the Chinese market, also make the domestic high-tech enterprises face more severe competition. How to improve enterprise competition ability, stabilize and expand the enterprise market share is a problem faced by high-tech enterprises. Based on the "M" high and new technology enterprise, for example, in the current competitive social environment, to stabilize the "M" the performance development of the enterprise, enhance the core competitiveness, to the "M" enterprise innovation performance evaluation, performance evaluation of enterprise has been one of the important basis for the development of enterprises planning, for the high-tech enterprises. Innovation in enterprise development and improvement is ordinary, in the high and new technology enterprise is survival. Therefore, innovation in high-tech enterprise performance evaluation is of great significance.To make the study more targeted, this article choose "M" high and new technology enterprise as the research object. "M" enterprise is one of the leading enterprises of environmental protection industry, in terms of life garbage and waste leachate treatment in a domestic leading position. Innovation performance assessment in this paper, using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp), the environmental protection industry of high and new technology enterprise innovation performance evaluation is the core of this paper to discuss the problem. Research framework of thesis are as follows:the part 1 is introduction, including the selected topic background, the selected topic significance, research methods and research content briefly. The theory of the part 2 reviewed, including the meaning, the characteristic of high and new technology enterprise, the connotation of high and new technology enterprise innovation ability, high and new technology enterprise innovation performance, innovation performance management theory, research status at home and abroad. The part 3 is "M" high and new technology enterprise innovation performance evaluation of the status quo analysis, first introduced the "M" of the enterprise business scope and current situation of the development, secondly the paper analyzed the innovation performance evaluation system, points out the problems existing in the evaluation system. Finally pointed out that the reason for the existence of the problem. The part 4 for "M" high and new technology enterprise innovation performance evaluation system, and also the key chapter of this article. First of all, the paper puts forward to establish the principles of innovation performance evaluation index, including scientific, systematic, operability. Secondly, the design innovation performance evaluation index, set up a three-level evaluation index based on hierarchy analysis.On the basis of comparing the relative importance of the two elements and reordered, and to assign the weight of each index. Through integrated fuzzy operators, calculated by the lowest level index upward, the assessment results are obtained. Finally, the introduction of the index and weight to calculate. The part 5 in view of the "M" enterprise innovation problems in performance management and performance evaluation results, puts forward some Suggestions for the "M" enterprise, in order to provide help to the improvement of the enterprise innovation performance. The part 6 is conclusion and outlook, first of all, the article research content and main research results are summarized, secondly puts forward innovations and deficiencies, finally put forward the future development prospects.This article for the "M" high and new technology enterprise innovation performance evaluation system is established, and the analytical hierarchy process (ahp) to carry on the innovation performance evaluation. This paper get the following conclusion:in terms of index selection, this paper set up the innovation dimensions, the customer dimension, internal innovation process dimension, technical personnel training and innovation dimensions 4 first-level indicators,9 secondary indexes and 17 three-level index, with as much as possible from multi-angle comprehensive assessment "M" of the enterprise innovation performance. "M" enterprise by fuzzy comprehensive operation of the comprehensive score of 65.78 points. The score is in the acceptable range, only that "M" firms more problems on innovation performance management. This paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in the "M" enterprise innovation performance, including setting is not enough scientific innovation performance evaluation indicators, corporate management is insufficient emphasis on innovation performance evaluation, innovation performance evaluation level is relatively single. In view of the problems and the evaluation results, this article from the four aspects of perfecting the "M" guidance of the performance evaluation of enterprise innovation, and in every aspect. Hope to the "M" high and new technology enterprise innovation performance evaluation discussion for other enterprises to establish or improve innovation performance evaluation system to provide some ideas.
