First, I reviewed the organizational structure design theory and practice summary, carrying on the analysis to the problems of J company’s current stage of development of the organization structure, such as does not match with the development strategy, the responsibility is not clear, coordination is not smooth, and so, then according to the tasks and principles of organization design, under the premise of considering the main influence factors, the organizational structure proposed 3 set of optimal design, and further develop the scheme evaluation system and the corresponding implementation of supporting measures, to ensure that the design is scientific and effective.The results of this paper have practical reference value to the organization structure optimization design of J Company, and it also can draw lessons from the organizational structure of the same type and same scale enterprise.
