Nowadays, management of organizational design and organization structure has experienced such a great change. The traditional design method about organization is reviewed. Managers need to find that can support and promote staff effectively completed the task of organization structure design scheme, both to get high efficiency, and can keep flexibility, these are in today’s dynamic environment of operating a successful enterprise necessary. Organization is the arrangement of task to achieve the process of organizational goals. Structure is to realize the goals means, the challenge to managers is, how to design a organization structure, make the staff can work fruitfully. To adapt to the enterprise organization structure can from running mechanism safeguard enterprise operating vitality, give enterprise to bring greater efficiency. The rapid development of the economic of our country to build kind of enterprises to provide a good opportunity for development, the characteristics of the industry to construction enterprises to economic construction environment better regional business. Building class enterprise branch institution management mode choice for enterprise management benefit has a very important role.On the basis of the analysis of the Division as well as domestic and foreign enterprises and institutions of the Ministry of the system development, the use of the case study method to analyze the company directly under the status quo and the existing organizational structure and the problems in several organizational structure basis for comparison of the classification and applicable to the case, come to the division system is a management model adapted to the architectural enterprise branch agencies. Division system can enhance flexible operation, the formation of enterprise groups cluster effect, strengthen crisis management capabilities, increase back-up personnel training, and bring significant economic benefits to enterprise.The research on this paper is expected to solve five big problems:to make the company’s six big kinds of business professional; expand the company’s scale; improve the enterprise marketing performance; accelerating the construction of talent team; provide the customer set decoration material selection, design, construction in one of the integrated solutions. We can also take it as a reference for Dongying/Qingdao branch institutions, such as the choice of the management mode to provide reference to build class enterprise group organization structure system.
