The demand of industry reform continues to increase as the farewell rough rapid growth in real estate industry. And the competition of real estate industry is increasingly fierce. The choice of real estate marketing strategy is particularly important and it is the key to the success of the real estate development project under the background of tough market competition.F company is part of a group company whose main business is real estate business. The first project to develop Suzhou in F company has great significance in increase the Suzhou market and Jiangsu regional market. Therefore, It is a worth studying topic to develop the appropriate marketing strategy in order to achieve a sustainable development of F company.At first, the paper analyzes the situation of F company’s Suzhou project and study its original marketing plan, then put forward the advantages and disadvantages of the case company and give the countermeasures to solve the problem. Second, this paper develop the basic marketing strategy adapted to Suzhou with the basic principle of real estate marketing and marketing strategy, which in order to ensure the smooth development of later Suzhou project. On this basis, I t provide guidance to help the F company get better development through the implementation of customer relationship marketing, experience marketing and promotion of public relations activities, etc. The set of complete system of marketing strategy aims to make smooth of Suzhou project and better development of F company.
