The State-owned Enterprise Integrity Culture Construction Research

In this paper, state-owned enterprises incorruptible culture construction as the main problem, Liaohe Oilfield strengthen the cultural construction of honest practice for the typical case, focusing on the necessity and the possibility of the state-owned enterprises to strengthen incorruptible culture construction, achievements and shortcomings of today’s Chinese state-owned enterprises incorruptible culture construction, Liaohe Oilfield strengthen the cultural construction of honest and achievements as a basis for recommendations to further strengthen the cultural construction of state-owned enterprises integrity issues.This paper argues that, from the fight against corruption, strengthening Party building,and other aspects of building a harmonious society, the state-owned enterprises to strengthen incorruptible culture construction is inevitable;While from the Chinese traditional culture on the honesty of the historical heritage,the party since the founding of the importance of incorruptible cultural construction, elite state-owned cultural heritage and cultural integrity of the subject’s attention and expectationsthe,state-owned enterprises to strengthen incorruptible culture construction is possible.After years of construction,Chinese state-owned enterprises have already formed a relatively stable incorruptible cultural construction content, extensive public participation in the fight against corruption and gradually create a good atmosphere.But some state-owned enterprises are still problems of corruption to lack of understanding of incorruptible culture, we need to ponder the depths of the solution from the mechanism and Party members and cadres thought.After years of honest cultural construction, Liaohe Oilfield formed a "six three" core requirements for the theoretical system of incorruptible culture, organization system,education system and institutional system. On this basis, this paper argues, to further strengthen the incorruptible culture construction of the state-owned enterprise should do the following:First,the state-owned enterprises innovative anti-corruption education,strengthening cultural construction of honest basis;Second, strengthen the system construction,then the clean concept being cured in the system;Third, strengthen the political lead, to achieve full participation.
