The Study On Influence Of Internal Corruption In State-owned Enterprise Governance

In recent years, Chinese Communist Party and Chinese Government pay increasing attention to the corruption problem of state-owned enterprises. The discipline inspection system has put the supervision as the essential work. With the exploration, the Government and the experts and scholars point out that the deep corruption has being endangering in the state-owned enterprises in China and it is a serious and hard job to do anti-corruption. The state-owned enterprises are facing the challenge how to do reforms and how to improve their market competitiveness. In this key point, it is necessary to make research on the causes of the governance of state-owned enterprises and durance in rapid reform of the system. This dissertation introduces the internal corruption of the state-owned enterprises, analyze the relationship between corruption and governance, and give the advice in terms of improving the strength of corporate governance.This dissertation introduces firstly the related theories of corporate governance and the experts and scholars researches in domestic and overseas. Presently, there are two well-known governances, which are UK&US mode, and Germany and Japan mode. It analyzes the causes of the differences existing. It puts emphasis on the research results which the domestic experts and scholars study on the corporate governance.Secondly, this dissertation explains the foreign study on the related issues, and discusses the status quo and causes of the corruption problems in domestic state-owned enterprises. It analyzes the main prevention and control measures which are using in both at home and abroad by the comparison on large number of documents. It introduces the operation status of state-owned enterprises in Y City and the potential corruption concerns according to the author’s working experience.Followed from the problem of corruption and the governance effect of the state-owned Enterprise Inc, five kinds of harm:The result of enterprise management; Induce the risk of corruption of politicians,;The loss of state-owned assets; Influence government credibility; Establishment of the market economic order.Lastly, this dissertation gives considerable advices which include strengthening the government guidance, establishing scientific and reasonable internal and external governance, building up integrity controlling governance mechanism and intensifying the accountability.
