As a key factor affecting the quality of life, the development of the manufacturing has been concerned by people. With the buyer’s market gradually formed and developed, people are no longer satisfied with standardized products manufactured on the assembly line, personalized products can’t be ignored as customer needs. Personalized customer demand lead to diversify of product and market. In recent years, the development of information technology led to changes of production patterns. Mass customization production mode with its unique advantages are gradually replacing the original production model, and its fundamental philosophy is to provide benefits that close to the mass production for the enterprise, while meeting the customized needs of people.With cloud computing technology become maturing, more and more manufacturing enterprises expect integrating its own manufacturing resources and excellent resources of outsourcing enterprises through the cloud manufacturing platform, in order to maximize the benefit with the synergism, as well as provide customers a more satisfied customized service. In this process, companies are facing the problem that how to convert manufacturing orders to outsourced service order. Due to the orders’different composition, delivery time, price and so on, enterprises must consider the characteristics and impact of the outsourcer, so as to reasonable decompose manufacturing orders and accurate distribute service orders.Firstly, an overview of the development of mass customization mode and cloud manufacturing mode in the country, as well as their basic theory was given. This article introduces the classification of mass customization, as well as mass customization organizational model under the cloud manufacturing environment.Secondly, this article proposes a mass customization orders conversion mode. It highlights the typical business processes of mass customization. Comprehensive domestic and international research, customer order processing methods include the decomposition based on Bill of Materials, decomposition based on workflow and decomposition based on task relationship; and there are two kinds of service order treatment. One of them is outsourcer selection in case of no fixed outsourcer, and the other is service orders allocation in case of having fixed outsourcers.Thirdly, this article proposes the mass customized orders decomposition method, include decomposition by product tree, coordination delivery time and optimization based on cost. Then, this article summarizes the impact factors according to the effect of manufacturing tasks and manufacturing resources, and proposes the allocation method based on gray relational analysis.Finally, this article use AHP setting weight of affect factors, and gray relational analysis modeling solving the problem. An example of gear manufacturing sector in Automobile mass customization enterprise is proposed to verify the method.
