The Research On Agile Logistics Service Mode Based On Mass Customization

As the need of customers is becoming more and more diversified,the competition is getting more and more severe,the manufacturing mode is turning from mass producing to mass customization,which means obtaining scale economy through mass producing and individuation through customization.Under the atmosphere of mass customization,this thesis analyzes the different need for logistics service mode before and after the Customer Order Discoupling Point,states that it needs lean logistics service mode before CODP and agile logistics service mode after CODP. The thesis chooses the latter one as the research object,analyzes its content which consists of 4 parts: agile strategy,agile organization,agile linkage,agile people. The thesis also gets the management properties of agile logistics: the cut of time,the boost of flexibility,the fulfillment of personality,divides the logistics time into 2 parts: still time and sportive time and cut it respectively; points out the logistics flexibility contains 3 types: basic flexibility,systematic flexibility and integrated flexibility,then upgrade them respectively; introduces the procedure of fulfillment of individuation: from the analysis of logistics need,to logistics segmentation, and to the design of logistics service level, at last the modularization of logistics product . Accordingly,the thesis points out the content of agile logistics service mode: QR and Cross-Docking strategy based on time; postponement and virtual logistics based on flexibility; Efficient Customer Need based on individuation.
