In recent years, with the social and economic development, competitions amongenterprises are increasingly fierce. Mass customization production methods continue tovalidate and improve the practice of production, this mode of production, while promotingeconomic development, enterprise the development also poses a challenge. Demand forcustomized fast response due to increased customer demand for customized productspersonalized, require a reasonable and efficient order processing in the reaction rate toincrease customer demand and market competition has a great influence, and thereforeincreasingly more companies to enhance their competitiveness through the optimization ofthe order handling.This article provides an overview of the mode of production and operation of theprocess of mass customization, custom customer orders for large quantities clusteringmethod and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to solve the problem of priority in orderclustering and customer orders to order optimization purpose.Firstly, according to the flow of large quantities of custom orders are accepted to doresearch on the processing of customer orders, order acceptance process the order, has madea similar cluster analysis of customer orders, the designation and order of the customer orderthreshold interpolation processing three main aspects of the study. Similarity clusteringorders to effectively achieve the batch processing of orders reduce production costs to someextent.Secondly, according to the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, the configuration of themass customization of customer orders to scheduling problems, previous research literature,summarized the three key factors that affect the configuration of customer orders: customercriticality, the order rate of return and delivery of urgent degrees. Expand research aroundthe three key factors to determine the individual evaluation, and through multi-level fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method, the qualitative processing and analysis with quantitativemethods, obtained the comprehensive evaluation score of each order, and then determine thepriority order of the order, to achieve effectively optimize the allocation of the masscustomization of customer orders.Finally, according to the example application, the fuzzy chromatography analysisapplications to the enterprise to solve the configuration problem of the priority of customerorders; similarity principle, the use of orders of the cluster analysis of customer orders, effective implementation of the batch processing of customer orders.
