Study On The Evaluation System Of The Factors Affecting The Development Of Urban Tourism Complex

Urban tourism complex is a kind of integrated industrial formation that relies on tourism resources and location advantage and has leading function of tourism, leisure and entertainment; meanwhile, it is composed of diverse industrial cluster, comprehensive leisure projects, high-grade service facilities. As a specific carrier type of urban tourism function, it has become an increasingly prominent role and position in urban tourism destinations. So we can say that UTC is an important support for extensive use of urban tourism elements and integrated development of tourism production. So summing up general rules of UTC development conditions and the interactive development relationship between its establishment and urban tourism development, establishing the comprehensive evaluation system of UTC development conditions, which plays an important role for promoting the fusion and innovation of regional multi industries and the sustainable economic development of urban tourism destination. Furthermore, intrinsically UTC is a micro-tourism regional system affected by various factors, including social, political, economic environment and urban development phase. For having a more comprehensive analysis of the key elements of its development, it can be started from the structural properties of UTC, analyzing the key influencing factors from its structure elements of regional space and industrial organization.This study takes UTC as typical geographic and economic phenomena, constructing an evaluation index system of UTC development influential factors based on the spatial factors and industrial organization. Furthermore, estimating the weight of each affecting factor values comprehensively by using expert scoring method and entropy weight method. Selecting the corresponding data of 15 sub provincial cities and make sure the data is normalized, then calculating with the normalized values and the corresponding weights into formula to get the ranking of the urban potential development for UTC. Furthermore, the theoretical conclusion and the factual development status of UTC of some urban are compared, finding that there has a strong consistency between them, which indicates that the index system has strong reliability, accuracy and rationality and it has a good application prospect.In terms of future applications, on the one hand, especially for a city’s micro locating choice, the index system can provide regional conditions of the priority order. On the other hand, when we need to consider macroscopic location choice of UTC among several cities, according to the data of each city’s social, cultural, and economic conditions and combing with the evaluation system of UTC development impact factors to calculate out he comprehensive scores of each city, then by comparing the comprehensive ranking and suitability of these city, we can concluded the best macro sitting choice.
