| With the rapid development of urbanization in the 20th century,the urban construction enthusiasm was unprecedented,the speed of construction was rapid and the city size was rapidly expanding.However,the urban construction began to have contradictions with urban culture for that many cultural inheritances were gradually destructed.Historical and cultural block is an important carrier and a place of long-term deposition of culture development. The urban culture is not only the core and soul but also the image and strength of historical and cultural block.It has universal values in multiple aspects such as society, economy, history, environment and others.Historical and cultural block is of importance to witness the urban development and its rich cultural resources provide a platform for scientific research, education and tourism development.Historical and cultural block contains a wealth of cultural information resources. Research on historical and cultural block,since the 1980s,has entered the views of the multidisciplinary field of academia,concluding geography,Ekistics,cultural psychology and so on.lt also has gradually been attention of government departments.This research in some European countries(France, Britain, Italy,etc.) and Asia countries(Japan, Singapore, South Korea,etc.) is able to exist early and has a significant impact on the cultural preservation. Studies of the historical and cultural block in China tends to achieve the mature stage in recent years.The research results is gradually wealthy,the field of research is expanding and the research level is deepening,but there are many shortages,for instance,research methods are simple enough.The concept of Protective Development has been widely appealed because of the urban renewal movement.As an important way of Protective Development, tourism development is of great significance on the protection of street traditional style,the social function exertion of block and the continuation of the historical context.Tianfushan historical and cultural block is the essence of Lanxi City and has a high cultural value. Tianfushan was approved as the first batch of Chinese historical and cultural block in April,2015.Therefore,its historical position is improved and value is highlighted. Given this situation,the thesis takes Cultural Inheritance Perspective as the starting point and selects Tianfushan as the case area to do an academic research.In the first place,on the base of present situation analysis,it creates an evaluation index system to comprehensively assess its value of Tianfushan for fully understanding the case area and finding out its predicaments and then pointing out that cultural tourism development is the key path of Tianfushan in the future.The next,it takes cultural tourism as the development goal to analyze the tourism resources put forward basic thoughts of cultural tourism development.Then,this thesis proposes some specific measures, under the guidance of the thoughts,to develop cultural tourism of Tianfushan.Finally,five viewpoints and conclusions are pointed as follows:(1)Historical and cultural block should be highly protected for that traditional environment is the key of cultural development.(2)The development of historical and cultural block ought to combine protection and utilization to demonstrate he core values.(3)Preliminary studies should be paid highly attention before tourism development of historical and cultural block.(4)It is necessary to organically integrate cultural character and tourism to open up a new way for the development of block. (5)Tianfushan historical and cultural block is the typical representative of comprehensive and regional culture in South Anhui and Middle Zhejiang.We shall improve the value of Tianfushan by constructing culture elements,stimulating vitality,creating tourism products and enhancing tourism services. |
