Historical and cultural districts are not only an important place for human production and life,but also a unique form of space.As a dynamic spatial field,historical and cultural blocks show unique cultural and social values.With the transformation and upgrading of urban economic structure,cultural tourism has become an important way to stimulate urban cultural consumption and promote the upgrading of industrial structure.In such a background of urban development,historical and cultural blocks with multiple values have gradually become im-portant cultural resources and important carriers of cultural communication for urban tourism development.Based on the above background,this paper takes the representative historical block of Laomendong in Nanjing as the case study object.In theoretical research,the theory of space production,as a typical paradigm for the study of complex space issues,provides a good interpretation perspective for the analysis and study of the tourism development of historical districts through the theoretical logic of the triple dialectical relationship between space representation,space practice and space representation.In the research and discussion,on the one hand,the production practice process of physical space,cultural space and social space of Laomendong historical and cultural block is comprehensively combed;On the other hand,through the elaboration of the relationship between spatial characteristics,cultural scenes,tourism products,tourism brands and tourists’ consumption and gaze in tourism development,the operation mechanism between space production and tourism development in old Mendong historical and cultural block is constructed.Finally,the paper further discusses the relationship between the space production and tourism development in historical blocks and the realization of the value of the space in historical blocks. |
