The Research On The Temporal And Spatial Variation Of The County-Economy Development Difference In Qinghai Province

As a regional economic difference of a special type, county economic difference is a common phenomenon in the process of economic development, it plays an important role in promoting the regional coordinated development, and solving the problem of “Three rural issues”, and promoting the development of industrialization and urbanization, and promoting the reform of the system and building a well-off society in an all-round way.Since the policy of Western development is carried out, Qinghai Province is one of the provinces in the rapid development of the western region, compared with 2000 years, the GDP and per capita GDP in 2013 years are increased respectively by 15.55 times and 7.18times(The country are increased respectively by 13.70 and 5.92 times),its growth rate was significantly higher than the national average, and the gap between the developed provinces of eastern and central has been significantly improved. But in the interior of Qinghai Province, especially between the northern and the southern region, the Gap of county economic development shows a growing trend gradually.The unbalance of county economy development is not achieve the goal which promotes the coordinated development of county economy of Qinghai Province and the county with the national society run off together in 2020.Therefore, under the guidance of regional difference theory and the theory of coordinated development,39 counties in Qinghai Province as the research object in this study, it studies the spatial and temporal variation characteristics and influencing factors of county economic development. On the basis of the above analysis, the study puts forward suggestions to promote the coordinated development of county economy in Qinghai province.This study is divided into seven chapters: The first chapter mainly puts forward the research background, research significance, review of research at home and abroad, research area, research methods, technical route and innovations. The second chapter mainly analyzes the concept of county economy and other related notions, it summarizes the theory of regional economic differences which is related to this study.The third chapter states the background of the development of county economy in Qinghai Province. The fourth chapter is the key point of this study, it analyzes the time evolution characteristics of county economy development difference of Qinghai province through calculating the standard deviation, variation coefficient and Theil coefficient; To judge the spatial variation characteristics of the county economy in Qinghai province, it establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system which data are selected form 2005 to 2013 years, and software are used by SPSS and Arc GIS, and methods are used by PCA and Natural discontinuity classification. On the basis of the previous research, the fifth chapter summarizes the factors which affect the development of the county economy of Qinghai province. The sixth chapter puts forward suggestions on how to narrow the economic development differences and promote the coordinated and sustainable development of Qinghai Province. The seventh chapter is the conclusion of this paper and points out the lack of research. Through empirical research, it draws the following conclusions: First,the absolute difference and the relative difference of county economy development of Qinghai Province show a growing trend form 2000 to 2013 years. Second, county economy of Qinghai Province development is not balanced, and regional differences are significant, and the level of economic development presents the pattern of "north high, south low".Third, the main factors which affect the development of county economy of Qinghai province are the difference of natural conditions, the key choice of economic development, the resource endowment, the policy element, the investment of fixed assets and the factors of industrial structure.
