Kazakhstan is increasingly being drawn into the orbit of globalization-we build an open democratic society, forming the liberal economic system, establish extensive relations with many countries of the world. So, July 27,2015 date was historically important for Kazakhstan. On this day in Geneva, the President of the REPUBLIC of KAZAKHSTAN-leader of the nation-N.A. Nazarbayev signed a Protocol on accession of Kazakhstan to the World Trade Organization. "We are working to become part of global communications. To this end, formed strategic corridors linking major markets. Our infrastructural projects will uncover unique potential for the sake of the domestic economy and the international markets.After 19 years of negotiations since the filing of the application to join the WTO January 29,1996 year, Kazakhstan was a full member of the WTO-162. Negotiations for such a long time, considered one of the most complex in the history of the WTO. The main difficulty of Kazakhstan’s accession to the WTO was to harmonize the conditions of billing agreements with the members of the WTO on market access and tariffs Customs Union during the negotiations managed to combine the requirements of the WTO and EEMA, based on national interests. Kazakhstan’s entry into the WTO opens up domestic producers great prospects.It must also be understood that entry into the WTO is more than just a prudent economic policy. It is also a political memorandum, which expresses the desire of countries to become part of the international community to uphold international norms affect them and take responsibility for international obligations. Kazakhstan has already proved that it is possible, taking an active part in numerous regional organizationsIn this thesis discussed accession of Kazakhstan to the WTO, the basic sets of obligations undertaken by Kazakhstan before WTO member countries on various commodity groups and evaluated the possible effects of their application to the national economy and identified the positive and negative effects of this membership.
