Chemical enterprise production management level directly affect the capacity of this enterprise and its core competitiveness, and will even affect the profitability of the enterprise.As the first coal chemical enterprises, group company hopes that it become petrochemical benchmarking enterprises of chemical industry in China.In order to carry out the production management of each work,it is based on the fine management and strict management of job requirements. But due to the low level of part of the grass-roots management personnel management, staff quality is uneven, the safety production of environmental protection consciousness is not strong, poor equipment intrinsically safe level, quality management and product control is not strict reasons still exist, such as executive force is not strong, continuous production capacity is low, the production cost is high, the product quality is not stable, large inventories and other issues, which affect the enterprise production efficiency, production capacity and economic benefit, and also restricted the development of enterprise.This paper planned to investigate the production and management of the company by means of questionnaire survey and field survey,and analyzes its main problems from the production equipment, production safety, quality, production cost, production personnel, production schedule and production inventory by means of application and quantity analysis,to dig the root cause of the problem, put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures, to provide scientific basis and countermeasure.for the improvement of the enterprise production and management.
