Development Situation And Countermeasure Research On The Specialized Farmers Cooperatives In Inner Mongolia Sunitezuoqi

Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia has been developing rapidly, and the economic and social changes have been greatly changed. Entering the new economic norm, Inner Mongolia grassland animal husbandry facing the ecological environment, market competition and animal products for the needs of many other pressures. The manage dispersedly the herdsman is a great challenge, in order to meet the needs of environmental change, in recent years professional farmers cooperatives have certain development, but at present professional farmers cooperatives is still in primary stage, cooperation focus mainly in the production field of animal husbandry, but grassland animal husbandry is facing the main problems is circulation. This paper is to study Sunitezuoqi herdsman professional cooperatives operating status were investigated on the basis of, mainly by case analysis of problems existing in Sunitezuoqi herdsman professional cooperatives, and propose the further improvement of peasant s professional cooperative development countermeasures and suggestions. The main problems existing in Sunitezuoqi herdsman professional cooperatives, an industry chain is short, in lack of circulation; cooperative organization and management mechanism is not perfect; operations for lack of funds, lack of management talent. Put forward the main countermeasures and suggestions is that sound cooperative’s internal governance mechanism; perfect the social service system of cooperatives; professional farmers cooperatives should be innovation and industrialization development; to cultivate talents; to fully network platform to strengthen the function of circulation; the establishment of cooperative alliance etc.
