Suzhou region is the country’s largest textile production base and last hundreds of years. Textile industry in Suzhou maintained an extensive form for a long time.in order to survive expand market share in the world-wide intense competition, Textile industry in Suzhou must change its style of economic increase and improve its marketing strategy.The research firstly collects relevant literature. Secondly, this study conducted field research into the enterprise—— HF Textile Co., Ltd.. Thirdly, this study analyzed marketing strategies of this company. Finally, the results of value normative conclusions, to build a marketing strategy HF Textile Co., Ltd. pave the way, and summed up the guarantee HF Textile Co., Ltd. to implement marketing strategies should pay attention.The first part of the study is about an overview of the main topics. The second part describes the theoretical support of writing this article need, including SWOT analysis theory, the theory of marketing environment, marketing mix theory and relationship marketing theory. The third part made a brief introduction about the production mode, operating conditions and a SWOT analysis about the enterprise. The fourth part talked about the current marketing situation of HF Textile Company. The fifth part put forward the design of the marketing strategy. Part VI proposed some ways in order to make sure that the new constructed marketing strategy can be well carried out.This study will build HF Textile marketing strategy, and the design of other textile enterprises marketing strategy has a certain practical significance.
