The product is the foundation of the company,the invisible property that helps the company to develop,and the key to enhance the company’s market influence.Nowadays,the competition between Chinese local enterprises and world famous enterprises is the competition of brand new product strategy,and improving product influence is the key to promote the development of enterprises.If the company’s marketing is not in place,the sales of its products will certainly be unsatisfactory.In today’s society,product competition is more intense,and the phenomenon of homogeneity is prominent.Customers can choose more and more products,and only by strengthening marketing can they really occupy a place in the market.Enterprises must attach importance to the company’s marketing,so as to truly improve the sales volume of products.This article starts with the company marketing theory,and uses the case analysis method to study the textile marketing situation and company positioning of LW Company,and find out the marketing road suitable for the enterprise development.This paper also uses the methods of literature research and field investigation,collects information and data according to the research needs,and obtains research materials by means of customer research,questionnaire survey,etc.Finally,combined with relevant marketing theories,it conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis of cases and draws conclusions.The paper first analyzes the problems existing in the marketing of LW Company with the help of questionnaire survey,then uses STP theory to reposition LW Company,and finally uses 4P theory to give effective measures from product adjustment,price adjustment,channel construction and promotion marketing.This article also formulated the implementation guarantee of marketing strategies to ensure that all strategies can be carried out smoothly.
