Research On The Construction Of New Rural Areas In Suzhou Based On The Perspective Of Urban-Rural Development Integration

The integration of urban-rural areas in Suzhou city deepening the new rural construction, it also has some disadvantages. This paper studies the problem still exist in the new rural construction of Suzhou, the purpose is to solve these problems and put forward some suggestions, in order to perfect the new rural construction in Suzhou city.The guidance theory is transform traditional agriculture theory, balance development theory,Marx-Engels’ s theory of urban-rural integration theory and social management theory, adopting investigation method and literature method, empirical analysis method of combining research in new rural construction in Suzhou city. The main research contents include: first, a brief overview of the integration of urban-rural development measures of Suzhou city; secondly, elaborated on the new rural construction measures to deepen the integration of urban and rural development in Suzhou city; and then, put forward in supervision mechanism, farmers concentrated residential system, public facilities management mechanism and guarantee mechanism of farmers’ interests, and in rural areas the personnel training mechanism still existing problems, finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, including the establishment of a comprehensive regulatory system, the innovation system of centralized residence of farmers, improve rural public facilities long-term management mechanism, improve the mechanism to ensure the rights and interests of farmers, rural human resource development.
