| Since China joined the WTO,the pharmaceutical industry has maintained a rapid development,in the past thirty years,China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry output value growth rate has been higher than the GDP growth rate. Although the overall size of the industry to accelerate growth,but because of the scarcity of R & D elements,input of manpower,material resources and financial resources in R & D activities by natural conditions and many other factors,lead to China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in innovation efficiency has lagged behind the western developed countries. Therefore,efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing listed companies through the assessment can not only understand China’s pharmaceutical enterprises efficiency of R & D and market efficiency status,and understanding of pharmaceutical enterprises relatively ineffective rate exactly from the stage of production and operation,thus we can put forward the improvement measures.The China 2009-2014 27 pharmaceutical listed companies as the research object,using DEA two stage model and super efficiency DEA model and Malmquist productivity index model to evaluate the efficiency of Listed Companies in the pharmaceutical innovation,and the innovation efficiency is divided into two branch of efficiency of R & D and market efficiency,from two angles of dynamic and static of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry innovation efficiency evaluation. Empirical results show that:the finding from a static perspective of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in 2009 to 2014 efficiency overall poor performance, the main reason is Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry a development stages of the efficiency of the poor performance and efficiency of market performance better. From a dynamic perspective study found five intervals only in 2013-2014 innovation efficiency value is greater than 1, and the rest were less than 1,comprehensive point of view,the 2009-2014 pharmaceutical manufacturing industry dynamic efficiency poor performance, the main reason is underperforming the efficiency of research and development stage. In order to improve the innovation efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry must strengthen cost control of pharmaceutical enterprises,and continuously improve the resources of the intrinsic value, the most optimal use of resources, to strengthen pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise innovation main body status and improve the promotion of innovation and development of the related industries supporting policies. |
