Promoting popular entrepreneurship and innovationis theinevitable choice offostering economic and social development new impetus.the foundation of enterprise sustainable development lies in innovation. Therefore, the new venture must be making the development of innovation as the goal, constantly encouraging entrepreneurial leadership innovation behavior, effectively providing innovation platform, enriching the innovation talent team, actively meeting the demand of market innovation.Entrepreneurial Leadership both have entrepreneurial characteristics and have the characteristics of a leader, not only to learn how to manage the enterprise, but also to learn rational using of resources, establish an incentive mechanism to mobilize the staffs enthusiasm and creativity, develop their talents. But also as a leader, you must have a keen insight and long-term development perspective, to learn how to create opportunity and seize the opportunity to continuously improve the performance of new enterprises and competitiveness. Although many scholars have studied on the field of entrepreneurial leadership, but the studies on the impact of entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial performance is still very lacking. Therefore, this article will study on the relationship between the entrepreneurial leadership and the entrepreneurial performance.This study mainly divided into two assumptions, namely. (1) the impact of Entrepreneurial Leadership on entrepreneurial performance:regulation (2) the adjustment of organizational culture between entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial performance.This article will make a literature review over the relevsnt theory. According to the theoretical analysis design study model, and propose hypotheses. This paper selected 206 private enterprises of Yanbian as the research objects, using SPSS17.0 statistical software for data reliability test, validity test, correlation analysis and regression analysis, and then verifies the model in this study. The results summarized as follows:(1) Entrepreneurial Leadership has a direct and positive impact on entrepreneurial performance. Based on the content and purpose of the present study, learn Gupta, the theoretical framework of entrepreneurial leadership MacMillan and Surie (2004) proposed herein buffer uncertainty from four sub-dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership, clarify the path to build commitment and concise constraint departure, a detailed analysis of the effects of different dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership of entrepreneurial performance. After analysis and testing found that four sub-dimensions of entrepreneurial performance and have had a direct positive impact.(2) The impact of organizational culture on the part of regulating entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial performance between supported. When the organizational culture and organizational advantages characteristic high organizational cohesion, entrepreneurial leadership, a better entrepreneurial performance.
