Sluggish international economic situation is intensifying market competition. The fierce and even brutal competition in the market forces more companies to realize the importance of talents. In the face of severe market competition, the company on the one hand, demands the cycle of new staffs’success is shortened, on the other hand, proposes higher requirements for the improvement of new staffs’quality skills. As for companies, in order to establish their own core competitive advantages, to obtain everlasting and sustainable developments, they need to consider how to enhance the attractiveness and cohesion of the excellent talents.From form to content, college students in new employees as a new employment group are very special. From a positive view, innovative, independent, personality and changeful, perhaps is the catalyst for companies’ Phoenix Nirvana. Therefore, the growth of this kind of group is very important. The first 3 years during the induction for college student staffs can be regarded as "new period". The new stage in the first three years is needed to be studied, as well as the cultivation and improvement of training efficiency. It has important significance to speed their rate to be successful, improve the level of human resources management of the company, and to enhance the company’s market competitiveness.This article takes the training scheme design of the college students in new employees in the first three years in M company as an example, analyzes the training situation of the college students in new employees in M company, in order to find out the existing problems; And on the basis and reference to the domestic and foreign employee training theory, using combining research methods including inductive, statistical analysis and empirical research method, combining staff training management theory and enterprise strategy, it researches and proposes a new training system suitable for college students in new employees M company. After this model’s systemic cultivation, M company’s new college staffs will have a clearer and deeper understanding of the basic situation of the company, the work processes of the department and relevant departments, their own responsibilities and so on. They can have a deeper integration into the enterprise culture and a greater improvement of professional position skills and the management knowledge of the system. The career development path can be much clearer. What is more important is that the good teamwork spirit of college students in new employees and their hard-working consciousness has become a consensus in this process.This research intends to improve the cultivation and management level of new employees especially the new graduates to occupation, to enhance the quality of human resources and to advance enterprise competitiveness. Meanwhile it provides useful references to occupation training of college students in the same type of enterprise.
