Research On Schedule Management Of Technical Renovation Project For GD Company

With the rapid development of the Capacitor manufacturing industry in China,the market demand of the electronic foil is increasing. But as the domestic aluminum foil products supply increased, electronic aluminum foil market competition is increasingly fierce. As industry leaders, In order to adapt to the new market situation, GD company promote the competitiveness of their products by the implementation of technology projects. Consequently,for the future development of GD company, the summary of the successful experience of the company’s project schedule management and the improvement of schedule management mode,is of great significance.In this paper,according to the theoretical knowledge of project schedule management, it researches on the schedule management reformer of technical renovation project III for GD company.This paper discusses the company’s project management organization structure and schedule management process, analysis of the issues of schedule management of GD company, and propose improvement programs and measure of safeguard. The last part of the thesis is:on the basis of summing up the experience and lessons of the schedule management of GD company’s technical renovation project III, the company through the optimization of the schedule plan,schedule coordination,schedule control and other indicators,thus,it is forming a set of scientific project management method. This method will be applied to GD company subsequent technological transformation projects, so as to shorten the project time and improve the economic efficiency.
