| In recent years,with the development of cities and the rapid increase in urban passenger flows,it is an inevitable choice to vigorously develop the subway construction.Due to the light weight and corrosion resistance,aluminum alloy can meet not only the requirements of subway body lightweight,but also the strength and stiffness and other structural aspects of the indicators,leading to the wide application in metro projects.As one of China’s rail vehicle manufacturers,TC company has not yet produced type A aluminum alloy metro.In order to speed up the strategic goals of TC company,it is imperative for TC company to produce type A aluminum alloy metro.Given the huge investment and technical complexity of type A aluminum alloy metro project,how to manage schedule and cost is critical to TC company.Taking type A aluminum alloy metro project of TC company as an example,the work breakdown structure was analyzed in this paper.Based on the work breakdown structure,the project schedule was planned.And this paper explained the factors influencing construction progress from the technical,management,financial and environmental aspects,providing basis for the optimization of project schedule.And then,according to the actual composition of type A aluminum alloy metro,the cost planning was made and also the project cost control process and implementation means was analyzed,followed by cost accounting analysis.In order to ensure the achievements of the project schedule and cost goals,all-round management work is necessary.Meanwhile,TC company should improve the awareness of the project staff,pay more attention to the key work,and effectively control the whole progress.This paper illustrated the schedule and cost optimization of type A aluminum alloy metro projects,which not only helps TC company to optimize the schedule and cost management,but also has great theoretical practical significance. |
