Research And Analysis On Development Of The "Rural Taobao" In Mengzhou

Currently, the e-commerce market of urban is becoming more and more saturated, but the rural e-commerce market is booming, the state puts the rural e-commerce development into the top-level design system in macro-level, which makes the rural e-commerce development into the planning of governments as a plan to promote rural development, improve agricultural, and be regard as an important livelihood projects to benefit farmers. But how to operate it in practice, there is no mature model.so it is necessary for reseachers to investigate and research.Mengzhou has the first "Taobao village" identified by ali,which is the first one of Henan province. In this paper,we use a impartial third-party perspective to research and analysis the development of rural e-commerce in Mengzhou, further to describe a true model of rural Taobao projects.The first part of this article we discusse the background and significance literature review, research ideas and research content, research methods and innovation of this research; the second part we explain the meaning of the rural Alibaba Taobao strategy and its development model evolution from mode 1.0 to 2.0, etc. We also explain some rural Taobao concepts related; the third part we describe the overall situation of Mengzhou e-commerce, and so on; the fourth part analyze the major problems and causes which the development of rural Taobao in Mengzhou project faces; the fifth part we summarize some better practices of the advanced regions, and conclude identify common experience for Mengzhou’s practice; the sixth part the above problems and causes, make recommendations and Solutions; the seventh part we summarize the main conclusions of this paper, and tell the future research prospects.The innovation of this paper: First, we use analysis method and systematic research about the rural Taobao in traditional agricultural areas and outlines a typical model of rural Taobao operations; second, we base on the analysis of existing problems, deep dig the causes of problems and propose question suggestion.
