At present, our country has the most wind power in the world, but the wasting wind problem in our country is very severely now, leading to losing large amount of clean energy. However, in our country the heating mainly consume large number of coal resources, and the energy efficiency is very low. Based on our country’s wind resources distribution and characteristics of the periodic characteristics, heating demand, to research wind power heating, which can improve the effective utilization rate of wind power save coal, is very meaningful. This paper analyzes the research background of wind power heating comprehensive benefits evaluation and its theoretical research and practical significance, and combs and analyzes its research status at home and abroad, and designs the research route. Then, it researches the wind heating source, basic theory of enterprise organization model, the theory of fuzzy evaluation and mutation progression. After that the present situation and existing problems of China’s wind power, heat supply and wind power heating are analyzed. Combing the characteristics of wind power heating system and comprehensive benefits evaluation theoretical knowledge, it establishes wind power heating mode of comprehensive benefit evaluation index and optimize evaluation method of fuzzy evaluation and mutation progression in order to be suitable to wind power heating comprehensive benefits evaluation. Empirical study results show that the comprehensive benefits of the wind heating is higher in whole, but the environmental benefit, industrial coordination benefit and economic benefit are better, and technical benefit and social benefit are relatively low. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures to promote the development of wind power. The research provides reference for our country’s wind power heating theory research, industrial planning and engineering practices.
