In recent years, the wind power of China is developing rapidly, Large-scale development of wind power have made a contribution to National energy security and Climate Change, and with Wind Power Paralleling in the Grid, Wind power Grid Connected is not timely and the congestion problem of Send out channels is more and more prominent. Based on the analysis of characteristics of wind power, wind power project construction characteristics, wind power project construction significance and the influence of wind power access for grid, combining zhangjiakou region bashang wind power supporting transmission project, this paper study the economic, social, and comprehensive benefits of wind power supporting transmission project, by the benefit evaluation of zhangjiakou region bashang wind power supporting transmission project, the paper shows:firstly, wind power projects have greater investment value for investors; At present,for grid companies only wind related technology continues to mature, relevant compensation policy is constantly issued and improved, Grid companies is possible to gain good economic benefit from wind power investment matching project. Secondly, the societal benefits of wind power construction and development is significant, it can promote area industrial chain development, promote local industry structure adjustment and improve the local ecological environment conditions. Thirdly, Wind power construction development has good comprehensive benefits, can promote social and economic development and at the same time, also protect the ecological environment. Finally, this paper, according to the reality of wind power construction development in Zhangjiakou area, put forward three proposals:Wind power construction process needs together with grid construction, needs have overall planning and design, and a supporting energy storage power plant.
