| The paper firstly discussed the theory of technical economics comprehensive evaluation,and put forward the thought of combining the technical economics theory and comprehensive evaluation method;then the present condition of wind power generation at home and abroad was analyzed from the point of installed capacity, industry,market and technology.In terms of technical feasibility,economic reasonability and social friendliness,this paper established a comprehensive evaluation index system for wind power project.And then the applicability of the comprehensive index system just created was demonstrated by an example calculation.As for the example calculation,the weight of each index was determined by the method of AHP,and the initial data of some index were processed by Delphi method. The feasibility of three wind power projects was analyzed by the example,which showed that the comprehensive index system established above,including technical,economic and social factors,can reflect the whole feasibility level more clearly and visually. |
