With the development of economic globalization, trading between the various countries and regions more frequently, international division of labor and the level of cooperation is also rising, optimize the allocation of resources on a global scale. Service trade as an international trade is an important part of the total share of global trade and worldwide upsurge of trade development services is rising. Trade in Financial Services as part of the trade in services, trade in services is essential for the development.With the support of the national policy and the adjustment of industrial structure,financial services industry develops rapidly. As part of the service trade, financial service trade in a country’s position has become more enhanced. Because of China’s financial industry development later than other countries, inadequate infrastructure, monitoring and management system is not perfect and other reasons, led to China’s financial service level of competitiveness in the international market is still weak. Faced with the implementation of the national strategy of "the Belt and Road", the establishment of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, the RMB attends the Special Drawing Rights, China’s financial institutions faced with significant international development opportunities. In this context, the financial service business as an important indicator of evaluation a country’s comprehensive strength,it’s necessary to make targeted and workable strategies to promote the development of China’s financial industry so as to enhance the competitiveness of our financial service trade on the international market.This paper firstly summarizes the literature review, researches the current situation on the financial industry trade competitiveness in the international market and describes the theory and concepts.Secondly, select International Market Share(MS), the Trade Competitiveness(TC),Revealed Comparative Advantage(RCA) index to construct financial services competitiveness index system to analyse cross-border financial service delivery model China’s financial trade competitiveness in the international market, on the basis of selected trade data for each country or region.Study on trade competitiveness of the financial services business under the business model in the international market, mainly referencing The Banker database,select the top-ranking of 20 global banks from 1000 strong banks in 2015 as a comparison object, using the bank’s core capital, profitability, non-performing loan ratio three indicators to analyse the competitiveness of China’s banking sector in the international market. The results concluded that: China’s financial services business in the international market less competitive.Again, using the application of diamond model combined with China’s actual situation,analyze its influencing factors, and then screened and quantify factors to empirically analyze various factors impact on our financial services business in the international market competitiveness.Finally, from the government, industries and enterprises three levels to make corresponding countermeasures to promote the development of trade in financial services and to enhance their trade competitiveness in the international market. From government level,the measures include supporting related industries of the financial sector, establish a government coordination mechanism, strengthen intellectual property protection system;industry level,improve and reform the financial regulatory system, promote the development of mixed mode; enterprise level,improve the financial service industry personnel training system and management system, accelerate the implementation of financial institutions "going out" strategy,optimize the quality of financial assets and innovate financial products and services.
