| Entrepreneur is an advanced human capital in economy market.It is the most activity factor of production, and the decision-making center of organizations. The ability of entrepreneurs plays the most central role in creating business value. In recent years,with the growing of Chinese listed companies, the enterprise value becomes the focus of stakeholders. In this paper, it takes the listed companies of appliance industry as the object, re searches the affect of the ability of entrepreneurs to enterprise value, explores how to develop the entrepreneurship in today’s era of the background of the industry, improve the quality of entrepreneurs to create wealth and value for the enterprise.In this paper,it uses theoretical analysis and empirical analysis methods to study the impact of home appliances industry entrepreneurship to enterprise value.First, this paper reviewed the research status of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship. And on two aspects which corporate performance and growth to explore the impact of entrepreneurship research trends. Secondly, Based on previous research results, respectively, from the dominant level and stealth level of analysis appliance industry,where entrepreneurship is subdivided into in four dimensions:innovation ability, organizational skills, relationship skills and the ability to take risks.Again, making assumptions after the impact mechanism analysis. Then uses SPSS 19.0 to make statistical analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that:The innovation ability, organizational skills and relationship skills of appliance industry entrepreneurs significantly have positive effect on corporate value.Entrepreneurs’ ability to take risks is not significant. Finally, put forward countermeasures according to the empirical application of the conclusions,and pointed out that the enterprise suggestions for how to enhance the ability of entrepreneurs. |
