As the trend of integration with the global economy, utilizing her advantage of labor cost and the increasing production efficiency, China is becoming the "global workshop" among household appliances corporations while OEM is one of the most frequent cooperative modes among the cooperation. Requirement manufacturers have gained speediness, high efficiency and low-cost while original design manufacturers have gained size, high efficiency and low-cost. The result of cooperation effectively reduces breakeven point as well as quickly crosses over "the edge of life and death", and it also brings profit and development that realizes a win-win situation.This article uses a microcosmic angle of corporation management and the basic knowledge of Breakeven Theory to establish the basic model of analysis on OEM mode. While the comparison of breakeven point between Requirement manufacturer and Original equipment manufacturer, the article has analyzed that both the supply and requisitioning parties could get a win-win situation. With the experience of working in TCL corporation for years and the comprehension of operation about TCL color TV, the writer takes the development history of TCL color TV as an vivid example, thoroughly analyzes that the OEM mode has brought opportunity and profit to both of the corporations, which was used in the process of TCL development from an original equipment manufacturer into one of the most largest color TV manufacturers in the world, and adequately demonstrates the conclusion of OEM win-win model. The writer establishes a basic model in the former part and emphasizes the two phases of the example with the basic model in another part. And the last, the writer concludes, develops and extends the mode.
