With the development of the science and technology, the advance of social economy, and the globalization of economy, both the interior and external survival environment of the enterprise has taken place a great change. The challenge between companies is as well as the challenge between human resources. While, the salesman is the key point to produce economic benefits for enterprise. So, it is the most important measurement to manage these key human resources. Also the performance can also directly influence both attitude and behavior of the salesman. Currently, KPI Performance Appraisal System is used widely in enterprise, and also gets a good feedback. It also becomes an important trend among all salesmen. Otherwise, KPI is more objectively reflecting every sales staff. It has become more and more important to the development of the enterprise.With this background, this article based on KPI for research, and the main works are as below:1. Analyze the current situation of the sales staff for different enterprise. Figure out the advantage and disadvantage of each way, and how the KPI works for the sales staff.2. Questionnaire survey is used to determine the indicators of KPI. Use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to determine the importance of each KPI index, and build a set of relatively complete performance evaluation system based on KPI. And let KPI work for a travel agency and do a research for them.According to the research, the following are conclusions:Firstly, KPI is an important factor to the management of the enterprise.Secondly, KPI makes performance appraisal more fairness.Thirdly, KPI must base on the reasonable position analysis.Fourthly, KPI results are more useful to the performance appraisal. In this paper, the possible innovation is as below:Combine the Questionnaire Survey with the Fuzzy Synthesis to know how important the KPI is. This KPI performance system can be used to evaluate both products sales and service sales, and it will have a profound influence in the future.
