With the rapid socio-economic development,China's financial sector reform has made remarkable achievements in the insurance industry as one of the pillars of modern financial industry,and gradually developed into an important trade relationship to the national economy.2014,the State Council issued the "State Council on Accelerating the development of modem service industry insurance"(the "ten new countries"),from the national level to establish the status of the insurance industry,and noted that the insurance industry is an important industry in the modern economy and modem basic means of risk management,is the level of social civilization and an important symbol of the economic development level,social governance capabilities.The "ten new countries "has brought new opportunities and development opportunities to the modern insurance industry.Insurance salesman as an important part of the insurance market and insurance companies'important human resources,has long been the focus of the insurance companies to compete.How marketers for effective management and incentives to achieve personal goals and corporate marketers goal of unity,enhance the effectiveness of the company,the company gained momentum for sustainable development has become a major issue currently facing all insurance companies.Based on the salesmen's structure and the study and analyze on incentive of Gansu branch of China Life,found in Gansu Province branch salesmen incentives mainly due to reasonable compensation mechanism,welfare mechanisms are inadequate,the lack of systematic and scientific assessment,hidden incentives weakened,problems such as defects in five areas of training mechanisms,causes and issues a detailed analysis,and finally from the marketing staff performance evaluation mechanism,the pay system optimization and establish education and training model three aspects Gansu Branch of China Life Insurance salesman incentives optimized design,hoping to inspire the life insurance industry marketers for reference.
