Operations Planning And Spot Control Of Amusement Park

This article try to find a better layout plan of amusement rides in amusement park and a better spot control method, which help to provide a reference for the same type of amusement park. Firstly, the main elements of operational planning and spot control were analyzed theoretically. Second, the visitors’behavior as well as its influencing factors were analyzed and discussed to build a theoretical modeling of the tourists’behavior in a large amusement park. Third, a model of visitors’behavior in a variety of holiday case in an amusement park of Chengdu was built, analyzed and simulated based on the theoretical model by using the plant simulation. A better layout was explored based on simulation results, and the superiority of the new project was verified compared with the original model. Finally, a targeted spot control plan which helps to enhance the experience of visitors was proposed based on the simulation results and the management situation of the amusement parks.This article built a theoretical model of tourists’behavior through theoretical analysis. A better rides layout plan was proposed and verified. The new plan was verified through simulated analysis that the rate of amusement rides utilization was enhanced and the roadway was less congested, which means the optimization plan was a better one. Finally, a better spot control program was proposed through the perspective of the visitors’experience to help promoting the visitors’satisfaction in the amusement park.This article arrived conclusions as follows through theoretical analysis, simulation and investigation:Firstly, a theoretical model about the visitors’behavior and tourist routes choosing models in different weather, season, number of visitors and publicity plans were established. Secondly, a better amusement layout plan was proposed by using simulation analysis. And the new plan was proved the overall utilization of amusement equipment was enhanced and the roads were less crowded, which indicated the correctness of the direction of the optimization program. Then, a four-dimensional model of the safety management in site was proposed to help according to the summary and analysis of the collected information and investigation. Finally, a better site management plan which would help to promote the satisfaction of tourists was proposed and a site management model which would help to improve the tourist satisfaction was established through the analysis of the site management of an amusement park of Chengdu and the perspective of a better visitors’experience.
