The theme park emerging unceasingly already becomes a major tendency of the world tourism development. Many countries and areas all devote to develop the fruitful city traveling product with the construction of theme parks always a focal point. Facts proved that a theme park which has higher standard and bigger forces can strengthen the local traveling and its international emissivity, impelling the correlation profession and international connects rails regarding the enhancement local inhabitant amusement and rest entertainment level,promoting the urban construction, realizing the region sustainable development to have the vital significance as well as being one of the effective ways for urban tourism development.In the view of the whole world, although amusement park, a kind of theme park,has a longer history, it has developed very fast in a short period because of the social and economic development, scientific improvement and amusement pattern change.Jinjiang Amusement Park, under Jinjiang International Group, is the first large amusement park ever built in Shanghai by the introduction of foreign amusement facilities since the start of China 's reform and opening-up. Its construction was completed in the beginning of 1985.It suffered development and choice of the theme park market in China.The paper is based on Jinjiang Amusement Park, introducts the research background, and analyzes the existence question to further develops the strategy to put forward the proposal.The paper is divided into five chapters. The 1st chapter is preface, which makes an introduction of the paper's meanings, methods and contents and reviews the related researches on the theme parks. The 2nd chapter introducts the research background. The 3rd chapter analies the tourists marketmechanism and tourist behavior tendency of Jinjiang Amusement Park based on the questionnaire survey results. The 4th chapter analyzes the existence the question.The 5th chapter further develops the strategy to put forward the proposal.
