The growth of a large number of service enterprises has promoted the development of the service industry. One of the main features of the mature market economy is dominant position of service industry. As an important capability to service enterprises, service innovation capability plays an important role in the development. Service enterprise how to continuously improve the service innovation capability has become an important issue of enterprise management, but also a theoretical issue which has been paid attention to by scholars. The results of the existing research and the practice of the enterprise both show that the human resource management can affect the innovation capability. Enterprises also realize that human resource management activities are more and more advocate of humanism and effective management should be matched with the characteristics of people. Therefore, enterprise incentive, an important content of human resource management, and psychological capital which describe people psychological characteristics deeply, affecting enterprise service innovation capability can be expected.This paper studies the relationship between enterprise incentive, enterprise psychological capital and enterprise service innovation capability, establishing a model based on incentive as the independent variable, service innovation capability as the dependent variable, psychological capital as the mediating variable, paying attention to the direct effect of incentive on service innovation capability and the mediating effect of psychological capital. In this paper, I divide the type of enterprise incentive, analyzing different impact under the different incentive. The research object of this paper is limited to the service enterprise. Through analysis the data of 246 service enterprises, the paper test whether these effects exist and compare the difference between different incentives affect in service innovation capability.The research results show that enterprise incentive has a significant impact on enterprise service innovation capability and the influence of different incentives is different. Enterprise psychological capital has a significant and strong positive impact on enterprise service innovation capability. Psychological capital partially mediates the relationship between incentive and service innovation capability. The intensity of the intermediary role is different in the relationship between the different incentive and the service innovation capability. By analyzing these differences, we can get practical management suggestions.
