| How to exert the creativity of employees has been a problem that entrepreneurs, managers and researchers want to study. If someone can exert to the staffs innovation ability, so to some extent, he may bring great effect for the enterprise, and even the society as a whole, talents who have high innovative thought is rare. So what affects the individual’s own innovation ability? And is it possible to improve the staffs creative self-efficacy by some ways? Base on such idea, this research read the study of past literature, and choose thriving at work as the independent variablesto study the effect of it on creative self-efficacy mechanism. I hope this research can draw some color in this blank between thriving at work and creative self-efficacy.This study selects the scale of thriving at work which developed by Hui Qingshan and He Yanming in 2014, it includes four dimensions, that learning, enterprising, responsible and energy. And selects the scale of creative self-efficacy which developed by Carmeli and Schaubroeck in 2007, to explore the correlation between thriving at work and creative self-efficacy. In order to study them in more detail, this study also assumes that organizational justice plays an intermediary role, and complexity of the task has adjustment effect between them. This research handed out 1100 questionnaire, recycling effective 836 questionnaire in Guangdong, Anhui, Jiangxi, Guangxi, Shanghai and other places when determining the scale of relevant variables, and use the factor analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, latent variable path analysis to research by SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 17.0 based on this dates. Eventually the influence mechanism model between thriving at work and creative self-efficacy was set up, and get the following conclusions:(1)Thriving at work has significant influence on creative self-efficacy.(2)Organizational justice has significant mediating role between self-efficacy and creative self-efficacy.(3)Complexity of the task has significant adjustment between self-efficacy and creative self-efficacy.Therefore, want to exert to the staffs innovation ability, can consider from the thriving at work of employees, such as to build a dynamic environment for employees, it can improve the thriving at work of staff, pay attention to ensure the relatively fair of the organization, considering the complexity of task when assign tasks. All of these are conducive to exert higher creativity of employees, and to bring more benefit for the enterprise. |
