Creative talent is one of the key elements for enterprise development, whose creativity, imagination and creativity form the core of enterprise competitiveness, In organizational management, how to stimulate the potential of creative talents, realize the development of organization,is an objective problem.Thriving at work as positive subjective experience for employees, reflects a higher level of learning and vitality, eases the job burnout, promote the professional development and health, promote performance growth. In China,guanxi are inevitable in our work. The dependent mechanism between the employees and organization,emphasizes the organization hierarchy management to interpersonal relationships.This paper, from job characteristics and coworkers’ relationship discusses how to promote thriving at work of creative talents.Based on the study of creative talent, thriving at work, job characteristics,coworkers’ relationship, under the particularity of Chinese context, this paper builds theoretical model of job characteristics of creative talents on thriving at work.Creative talents of enterprises as the research object, job characteristic working on thriving at work mechanism as the content, using questionnaire to collect 400 valid questionnaire data, and anaysing data and testing hypothesis by SPSS21.0 software.This research does an empirical study and gets some results. Firstly,job characteristics including creation, feedback and coordination has a significant influence on vitality and learning,autonomous just positively influences on vitality.Secondly, coworkers’ relationship, including affective and instrumental,positively influences vitality and learning. Thirdly, coworkers’ relationship partially moderates job characteristics and thriving at work of creative talents,including the affective positively moderates the effect of job characteristics(creation, feedback and coordination) on learning, the instrumental negatively moderates the effect of job characteristics(creation, feedback and coordination) on vitality of creative talents.This study provides some new theoretical basis to promote vitality and learningof creative talents, and enriches the research of job characteristics, coworkers’ relationship. Enterprises can take some new attempt to promote the thriving of creative talents from the perspectives of job design and the relationship among employees.
