With the whole development of society, the overall improvement of the level of economic development, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. In order to gain a place in the market which is accelerated by innovation, according to the modern enterprise management idea, the enterprise must formulate the long-term reliable operation strategy. Human resources are the most valuable wealth of enterprises, which is the basis for the overall performance of the enterprise. In recent years, the field has been a hot research topic based on organizational performance. Most of the research shows that organizational performance is affected by market orientation and human resource management based on the strategic perspective. The full view of the current domestic and foreign literature and data, there are many scholars on organizational performance and strategic perspective of human resource management research and analysis. Through the literature analysis, this study put forward the strategic human resource management and organizational performance research hypothesis analysis, in order to clarify the fabric performance and based on the interaction between the strategic angle of view of human resource management, can more comprehensively for the company’s human resources construction lay a theoretical basis.Based on the research background and significance clear under the premise, first of all on strategic human resource management related information and the organizational performance in the relevant literature are described, identification of the basis of the study, provide strong theoretical support for the model framework. Secondly, the research and analysis of strategic human resource management and organizational performance. The theoretical model of strategic human resource management and organizational performance is proposed based on the balanced score method. Based on the literature review and theoretical model, this paper makes a research on the hypothesis analysis and the reasoning of the empirical model. Again, in the domestic and foreign research on the scale of the accumulation of the survey, the paper determined the questionnaire. Through the questionnaires, data collection and analysis, and finally verify the research hypothesis.Research has proved that in the strategic human resource management related influence dimensions, recruitment and job distribution of the financial situation and the enterprise’s overall learning and innovation has a positive significant effect. The professional training and planning of employees have a significant impact on financial situation and customer satisfaction. The company’s compensation and benefits system has a significant positive impact on the financial situation and the internal process. The company’s performance appraisal methods have a positive impact on customer satisfaction and learning and innovation. Therefore, the different dimensions of strategic human resource management can influence organizational performance, and finally through the analysis of empirical results, to the management of the future management to provide relevant recommendations.
