With the rapid development of social economy, the enterprise competition intensified, and the nature of competition is the competition for talent. For enterprises, strengthen and expand personnel rely mainly on two aspects, from the market to meet the requirements of enterprises for the employees and enterprises to enhance the existing staff training. In general, from the market hiring people often fail to meet the requirements of the enterprise, it is difficult to ensure the "airborne" loyalty to the enterprise. Therefore, the existing staff training and improve the enterprise human capital value has become a key point to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, staff training has been paid more and more attention.So how to establish an employee training management system more scientific and reasonable, has become an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, this study takes GY company as the research object, theory with practice, the optimization strategy of enterprise training management system research.First, carries on the elaboration to the domestic and foreign related research theory and research status, and provide the reference for the staff training management system in GY company. Then carried on the summary of the theory of training management, combined with the theory of common mode characteristic and so on, to provide theoretical support for the following research. Secondly, combined with the analysis of field investigation and questionnaire survey data, the current situation of GY company to carry on the analysis, pointed out the reasons behind the problems and analysis of the problem. Finally, aiming at the existing problems, put forward the optimization strategy of concrete, including the purpose, principles, approaches and strategies.In the conclusion part, put forward no matter how scientific program, must have the support of senior corporate decision makers, to ensure that the employee training management system to meet the needs of business development strategy. The conclusions of this study are:to improve staff training management system, a clear division of functions of the training, is to guarantee the management quality training is the most effective; employee training management system is a systematic project, only to establish a sound scientific training process, in order to make the training management to achieve maximum benefit and optimization; employee training management system of full participation.
