Training is a systematic activity that corporation train employees by variousways. The goal is to make employees have necessary job knowledge and skills,change their attitude and working methods, improve their job performance, thus theycan perform better with their potential. Besides training can promote personal andorganizational improvement, realize personal and organizational objective. Trainingplays a more and more important role in modern enterprise management.This thesis, based on the new requirement of human resource training anddevelopment in the new power industry development situation, taking HZ PowerCompany as an example, analyzes the enterprise staff training management and pointsout that the existence of the training strategy management consciousness, leaders’support to training is not strong, the passion and enthusiasm staff participating intraining is not high, the conflict between training and work is not well resolved, thecollaboration between HR department and other department is not good, the trainingmanagement process is not in well control. Through research, this thesis proposes thatoptimizing the employee training management system is the main idea to solve theseproblems.
