Research On The Problem Of Rural Governance Model Under The Background Of Urbanization

Urbanization is the stage of any developing country to achieve its development inevitable, is a historical process to industrial and service industry, high-tech industry and information industry of modern city society from agriculture in the gradual transformation of traditional rural society.Although, at present our country city changes rate has exceeded 50%, but the road of urbanization with the original because of its unsustainable development model has beendifficult to continue. Since 18th CPC National Congress, the new urbanization is the theory on practice, its basic feature is the overall urban and rural development, interactive, intensive, ecological, livable and harmonious development. As urbanization upgraded version, to bear the historical mission of promoting China’s urbanization process in the high level.In this process, as the participation main body of rural society, population, resources,financial and other elements will occur will rural governance structure, mass flow of profound changes, it also brings the village governance research tasks in the new age.At present, to promote the new town is also a pilot, related academic research achievements are few to analyze the influence brought by the new urbanization from the angle of rural governance.This paper attempts to apply the system thinking, through the analysis of the various elements of the current rural governance, rural governance status contrast, changes,brought from the household registration reform of urban and rural public services, theoverall development of the agricultural industry, rural social stability and otheraspects, combined with the case of Yongzhou Daoxian County survey, referring to foreignexperience of rural governance, try new urbanization will produce what kind of impact on rural governance are analyzed, and put forward the corresponding countermeasure how to adapt to the new requirements of urbanization of rural governance.
