Suiyang County Urbanization Study Under The Perpective Of Marx And Engels’ Thought About Urban-rural Interation

County urbanization is in the county, with the development of industrialization and the tertiary industry, rural population gradually transferred to the towns, urban space gradually extended to rural areas, giving rise to the changes of production and lifestyle,and economic social structures. Since the reform and opening up, China’s urbanization rate has increased significantly. But there are also obvious problem such as regional differences. Urbanization in China is currently entering a crucial period, but the Urbanization in West China is relatively backward, especially in its less developed regions, the lower the level of urbanization, which is not conducive to the overall progress of China’s urbanization. As the basis for national urbanization system, County urbanization has a great influence on the overall development of China’s urbanization. As a typical underdeveloped western regions, over the years, the development of urbanization of Suiyang County is slow, and far below the national average. In this paper, Suiyang less developed western regions of the large agricultural county urbanization as a research object, explore its urbanization development path of urbanization in less developed western regions, as well as having great significance for the overall process of urbanization in China.In this paper, the connotation of urbanization, in terms of economic, demographic, social life analyzed the current situation of Suiyang county urbanization, summed up the Suiyang County town of existing problems, and then come to a breakthrough in the development of urbanization Suiyang County. Papers presented to accelerate the development of urbanization Suiyang County, in conjunction with the actual development of Suiyang itself, proceed from the urban and rural planning, county economic, institutional policies, social undertakings, and so on.Marx and Engels’thought about urban-rural integration is an integral part of the Marxist theory, the idea is in the historical background of major Western European countries rapid urbanization, the coordinated development of urban and rural areas bud formation, its theoretical background is utopian socialists, and Adam Smith’s views on urban-rural relation. Marx and Engels pointed out the reason and influence about urban-rural separation and confrontation, as well as the necessity and the realization of the conditions of urban-rural integration. Specific views on urban-rural integration were mainly discussed from two aspects by Marx and Engels:the basic position of agriculture, the central position of cities. These views give China’s urbanization a great enlightenment.In this paper, Marx and Engels’thought about urban-rural integration as a guidance, Marx and Engels’major views on urban-rural integration, and reality of Suiyang county urbanization, putting forward specific measures for Suiyang county urbanization by linking theory with practice, which has a great significance.
