In this thesis, Daoxian county which have the most cultivated land resource in irrigation district is served as the area studied. According to the database of DEM, resent land usage, and reserve cultivated land resources, by the means of remote sensing and ARCGIS, I build the cultivated land reserve resources suitable for mechanization application development potential, from the following points: topography, soil conditions, vegetation, water resources conditions, location conditions, natural disasters and so on, then I take the result into three grade. Finally, I concludes that the number of reserve cultivated land resources distribution, mass distribution, space distribution. On this basis, I puts forward the model of reserve cultivated land resources development and utilization of Suggestions, in order to thevillage reserve cultivated land resources development, consolidation and reclamation for reference; At the same time, provide the basis for realization of agricultural industrialization. The main research results are as follows:(1) I constructed the evaluation system of development and utilization of reserve cultivated land resources. With the practical situation of the study area, I select the slope, elevation, land shall, soil thickness, soil texture, soil pollution, forest canopy density, water supply reliability, traffic conditions and natural disasters as the evaluation factor. On the goal of agricultural mechanization application, I determine evaluation weights and scores by the analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method, and establish evaluation index system through weighted model.(2) I establish the evaluation model of reserve cultivated land resources evaluation based on GIS. Take Daoxian county as an example, I take the figure of elevation, slope data from DEM that resolution is the30meters; I build buffer analysis for the transportation, drainage; block shape analysis through resent land usage. At the same time, combined with the second census results, the soil layer thickness, texture, as well as corresponding layer on the analysis of the nine layer to overlay and to a resolution of30meters of raster data calculation one by one, the score of each cell, statistical analysis of the distribution of scores for each unit, through the frequency histogram of the total score each evaluation unit division suitability level interval, at all levels to adapt to the level of each unit, combining Daoxian database reserve cultivated land resources, eliminate inappropriate development and utilization of land.(3) Reserve cultivated land resources evaluation results indicated that according to application of agricultural machinery. Firs-class reserve cultivated land resources4131.99hectares, account for43.97%in the appropriate development category, mainly distributed in Daojiang, Xianglinpu, Baimangpu and shangguan; The second-class3833.64hectares, account for40.79%, mainly distributed in Ganziyuan, Qingtang, and Shouyan; The third-class1432.62hectares, account for15.24%, mainly distributed in Simaqiao, Qiaotou and Xianzijiao.(4) Suggestions in develop and utilize reserve cultivated land resources:1, The areas surrounding country is priority suitable for utilize;2, promote navel orange planting rice, flue-cured tobacco, the central region, build up the level terraced fields is given priority to, northeast, northwest region can be unified planning into ecological terraced scenic area;3, promote the scale management;4, increase the intensity of the soil.
