Investor Relations Management,the abbreviation is Investor Relations.Since the beginning of the U.S. economic crisis in 1920 s, investor relations management has gradually become the focus of attention, the listed companies gradually recognize the need to strengthen investor relations management.Listed companies are one of the main participants in the securities market, if these companies want to occupy a space in the securities market and to achieve long-term development,it is essential to stabilize the existing investors, attract potential investors and keep good relationship with investors.Investor relations management in the United States has been mature after nearly a hundred years of development.With the emphasis on the management of investor relations,the target of investor relations management has been changed from the beginning of the image and the crisis to communication, feedback.But the level of investor relations management in the present stage of our country is still relatively low, it is only more than ten years.There are also many problems in the practical work, for example, many listed companies don’t pay enough attention to the work of investor relations management, although investor relations column is arranged on the home page of the listed companies,there is no any substantive content, just in order to comply with the regulatory provisions and passive set.China’s investor relations management level has a lot of room for improvement.In this paper the performance of listed companies investor relations management. This research is to in based on the results of previous studies, and use the method of case study to analyze the effects of investor relation management on Corporate Performance.In this paper, through the combination of normative research and case analysis, the article is divided into five parts altogether. The first part mainly discusses the research background and meaning of writing the article and aiming at the issue of investor relations management, the domestic and foreign researchers have done the research current situation analysis and the content and methods of the research.The second part is the analysis of the related concepts and theoretical basis of investor relations management, mainly discuss from the concept, theory of investor relations management and common performanceevaluation model.The third part mainly discusses the status quo of investor relations management activities impact on company performance and the performance of the effects of index selection problem, this chapter lays the foundation for the next chapter.The fourth part is the case study, through the analysis of the R company profile, investor relations management, study the impact of the case company investor relations management on performance and put forward suggestions.The fifth part is a summary of the conclusions of the study and the limitations of the study.
