With the fast development of the Chinese economy, the real estate market has maintained a high growth rate in the past decade. In the rapid changing real estate industry, human resources have become the key to the success of the real estate enterprises. Because of the fierce competition of the human resources in the real estate industry, staff turnover rate is high.In this paper, the author use relevant human resource theories and research methods to analysis the employee turnover problem of real estate company A. Based on the detailed case of the company employee turnover, the survey of employee satisfaction, and the interview of on-the-job personnel, major conclusion is drawn on the reason for the employee turnover, including the employee’s personal reasons, internal factors and external environmental factors. Important countermeasures for the company to prevent staffs loss is also proposed, including the reforming the salary system and promotion system, and the building of a dynamic corporate culture. Through the improvement of a company’s human resources management system, reduction of the staff turnover rate and improvement of the management efficiency can be achieved.
