In the era of knowledge economy, the key to enterprises competition is critical knowledge and skills, whose master is core employee. With the fierce competition between enterprises, the turnover of key employees who are the main creators of enterprises value and the cornerstone of securing competitive advantage is more serious .How to effectively retain them has become a thorny issue of enterprises.In this thesis, the present situation and problem of key employees' turnover for SH Group are analyzed completely and profoundly by applying the fundamentals and theories of the human resource management to qualitative analysis and investigation of SH Group. At the same time, through analysis of the connotation and characteristics of key employees, the critical reasons of key talent turnover of SH Group is pointed out based on the effects of turnover on enterprises. And the reasons are diagnosed more deeply, with all kinds of factors considered, such as the history of employees' turnover of SH Group, key employees, enterprises management and society as a whole. Subsequently, a conclusion is reached that the key talent turnover of SH Group is so serious that some countermeasures have to be made otherwise it may occur at any moment, which will result in devastating consequences. Finally, some countermeasures against key employees' turnover are put forth for SH Group base on the Recruitment, Training, Pay distribution system, Humanity management and Career design etc.The behavior of human beings is predominated by their desire. The turnover of the key employees is also predominated by their desire. We should satisfy with their desire if we want to retain the key employees. As to the causes of the key employees' turnover, we base ourselves on the demand analysis and point out that the key is we should make the enterprise become an inviting enterprise if we want to retain our key employees.Though the aim of the thesis is to supply the SH Group with a fine human resource stage to retain key talent for its sustainable and stable development, the studying method and way of thinking adopted in the thesis and its conclusion have important reference value to the large and middle-sized national enterprises, which...
