After 30 years of reform and opening-up, our country has obtained the rapid development of national economy, and gross domestic product(GDP) growth rate maintains high level of the world, foreign trade is also the bright spot of the national economy and has a very important position in the national economic growth troika(exports, investment and consumption). China’s foreign trade export achievements obtained not only depends on the contribution of large foreign trade companies, but also depends on the efforts of numerous small and medium-sized foreign trade companies in China. In recent years, our small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises have greatly ascend in the scale of development and quality, but the development of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises still has a lot of deficiencies and defects, mainly displays in that the competitive strategy of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprise is not clear, lack of professionals talents, and product research and development innovation ability is very low. The competition strategic problem seriously restricts the long-term development of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in our country, and it is in urgent need to research and solve the issue.Based on detailed describing in research background, the related literature at home and abroad, the related concepts and theories, this paper uses the questionnaire research method and the research method of combining theory with practice. This paper uses SWOT analysis theory and model, Porter five competitive theory and model to analyze the advantages and disadvantages, internal and external environment, industry situation, opportunities and threats of Z foreign trade company in detail, to find out the problems existing in the Z foreign trade company competitive strategy. Then, based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward differentiation competition strategy of Z foreign trade company, and from improving product differentiation, improving service differentiation, improving image differential and improving channel differentiation elaborates on the rebuild differentiation strategy Z foreign trade company in four aspects. At last, this paper puts forward a clear development direction, and actively cultivates and attracts professional talents; strengthen product R&D and innovation, etc. to promote Z foreign trade company competition strategy to effectively implement the relevant guarantee measures in five aspects.This paper argues that Z foreign trade company should take differential competitive strategy to prompted Z foreign trade company obtain the ability of sustainable development, to improve its core competitiveness and to keep its own characteristics in numerous small and medium-sized agricultural products foreign trade companies. Z foreign trade company should implement various security measures, in order to promote the effective implementation of the Z foreign trade company differentiation competitive strategy. This paper hope through the study of Z foreign trade company competitive strategy, putting forward the right differentiation competitive strategy of Z foreign trade company, in order to promote the long-term development of Z foreign trade company, and provide certain reference and guidance for the selection of competitive strategy for other small and medium-sized agricultural products foreign trade company in our country.
